Shipping & Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the moment you receive the item to inspect it, try it on, and report any problems to us:
Returns:
If you do not like the item or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange shipping via your preferred courier or postal service.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, send us a request to [contact email] with your name, surname, address, item code and order number (reported in the email received at the address at the time of purchase). Items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will issue the refund to the account used for payment.
After 14 days of receipt, we do not accept returns for aesthetic or fit reasons.
Damage:
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.
If your item is defective or damaged during delivery, we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of repair.
If you receive the wrong item, we will send you a return label and quickly send you the correct one.
If the cause of the damage is unclear, we may ask you to send it back to our office for further investigation.
After 7 days, the reported damages will have to be sent back by the customer, who will cover the shipping costs and arrange the shipment with their local courier or postal service.
If the damage is found to be a product defect, we will repair and ship the item free of charge.
If the damage is due to misuse or accident, we will charge repair costs according to our Repair Policy.
Can I change my purchase?
The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order while returning the old one to us. You must report the situation within 14 days of receiving it.
Unwanted items must be sent back following our return policy, with shipping costs paid by the customer.
We encourage you to place a new order online for the correct item you need, and we will refund the item once it is received and inspected by our staff.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
